How to access lead details on LetHub

Step 1:

• Go to the "Leads" page
• You can see all your leads on this page: Qualified, Disqualified, Interested and Archived.
• You can move leads from one list to the other.

Step 2:

• Click on the lead OR press on the three dot dropdown on the right side of each lead and select Details.

Step 3:

• You can see the showing the lead has booked, their answers to pre-qualification questions, chat history, and contact info!
• Note: Only those in the Qualified and Disqualified tabs have chatted with River, so you can see their chat log history in “Details” or by pressing the three dot dropdown and selecting “Show Logs”.

Step 4:

• Optional - you can also access the lead details quickly from the calendar by clicking on a showing!
